I won two big lumps of rump in the pub meat raffle. So I had one last night with mushrooms, pepper sauce, tomato and mozzarella salad with dressing, boiled potatoes, and poached egg.

The second one I’m having today with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli and peas.

I actually slow cook the meat with the mushrooms, onion, garlic, and chilli, and make a red wine gravy with the juices.

What were their names?

Best Sunday Roast since the time I over consumed the horseradish and gained the power of flight and breathing fire!

And when she's done you can both thank me for my amazing prep work which consisted mostly of staring at your apples and crumbling!
