My stand for dispensing business advice, love-life advice and lemonade is almost ready. I think the sign (think Lucy Van Pelt here) will probably display a number somewhat greater than 5 cents.

A recent find is Two Cocky Sisters - a red blend from the Paso Robles area. It's very flavorful without being overly heavy. Great for summer.
 
So here's a bit of insanity, I think the drinking thread is the place to drop the announcement.

M and I ran the numbers on my job versus his mediocre white collar enslavement job and crunched the math a bunch of ways. Then we sat on this idea for a month or two.

And we realized, that even if I have a mediocre month, we'd make probably the amount of money it takes to live as we do with him helping me, rather than working the hell prison job. COBRA till it runs out, then he carries a fairly affordable plan and I go onto the high risk pool.

It would take just a little more on my part, and a little less on his - like the 600 bucks a month spent chain smoking and driving to the job that makes him chain.

So, the adult empire of verbal abuse and hypnotic bliss is going to be a realm of two. And he *will* be getting in front of the lens, which is exciting. I don't think there's much dual Domme one gender girl one hotly passing crossdresser on tap out there.

Drinking: Mirassou Pinot Gris. Cold, tolerable, budget.

Yay Netz!!! I don't know why your news makes me want to bounce with joy, but it does.

I just finished a late dinner of pan fried potatoes and scrambled eggs; drinking the last of the Jeremiah's [Bullfrog] Rose.

Today was a kick ass hermit-y sort of day off in Mouse-Land... I put up -

8 half pints of Blueberry Butter
8 half pints of Organic Orange Ginger Marmalade
6 half pints of Chinese 5 Spice Pickled Cherries
4 half pints of Cherry & Basil Preserves

I did not get around to roasting a chicken for this week's recipes, but I think I can be okay with that.

Gratz! We nearly got to that point two years ago, but the round was dead. Now I work in a cave, but at least its four miles, not seventy, from home.


Drinking: melted chocolate peanut butter swirl ice cream and Baileys.
 
Beringer's White Zinfendel, and quite a bit of it.

I'm a HUGE fan of most of the Beringer's stuff, like the riesling and moscato. Yum.

Nothing yet, later on Marques DeCaceres rose, the only pink wine I can stand. It's very good.

Earlier in the week, Protocolo Tempranillo. I guess the world cup has influenced my cup.
