Anyone for a nightcap?

Presently, as a sort of boozy hors d'ouevre: a snifter of Macallan Cask Strength. Later, a bottle of Social Butterfly (California red blend) will make a brief appearance (the contents will be around briefly; the bottle will be recycled).

Just finished a Caesar on a golf club's terrace after a very difficult day long meeting. Could have had a few more, but had to drive home.

Well, at least you had a good setting. Me? I'm buried in my own shit and the view is pretty lousy.

Lift your head up...look outside...enjoy the sunset...the trees blossoming in the yellowy spring shade of green, listen to a child's laughter...and be thankful you've got your health, food (and drink) in your belly, a warm place to sleep at night, and family and friends that love you.

Tomorrow will be another day.

So I've heard.

Okay, I'll settle down a bit. Thanks for the good thoughts. :rose:

Still basking in the glow of sudden stress relief and enjoying some of the goodies I stuffed in my suitcase. The tequila is mahvellous and I shall indulge again tonight but I'm hankering for some sake. Why don't duty free shops sell sake?

Oh well, Don Julio and I will make the best of things.

I'm sure you will. Be careful how you greet the Don. I hear that he has a sadistic bite that only reveals itself after the fact.
