Anyone ever get one of these?

Not knowing what a "control panel activity feed" is . . .

No, I haven't received one of them. Interesting, though, to think that the Web site is looking at the comments. Of course, they pop up in the Feedback listing, so maybe someone saw something there that was way out of bounds and reported it to Manu or Laurel.

I'm thinking someone posted a comment that included a link to another website. Lit's bots look for that in story submissions, so why not in comments on stories?

Laurel occasionally removes comments posted to my stories. She prolly knows I attract unhappy campers.

Usually its a link or an e-mail address.

I had a couple on the same story a few months ago and then got an e-mail through lit feedback from a woman who said she had tried to leave me her contact info twice, then she realized she could contact me through my home page.

Turned out to be an interesting e-mail that not for the first time made me realize how much trouble I could get into here if I were single.

The phone company usta be heaven for strange pussy. If you went to the house early and they liked you, off came the housecoat to reveal the lingerie; if you showed up at lunch theyd sit on the bed on their legs, knees apart and no panties while youre on the floor fucking with the phone jack. Or theyd get rid of the bra and lie across the bed wearing a low cut blouse.

I've never seen that either, but it sounds like spam. It's better to imagine that it was just so graphic and hate-filled that it absolutely *had* to be censored, though.

While you were gone, Laurel declared in one of her rare postings that there are no bots used on Lit.

Ok, thanks all for some insight. It was likely website/email.

Haha, right on.
