Changing category for a published story - how?

I recently submitted a story which was duly published (this one) but based on the votied ratings I'm seriously beginning to think I should have assigned a different category to it. It's currently in the "battery operated vegetables" section (i.e. Toys & Masturbation) but it might do better in SciFi & Fantasy.

What's the procedure to have it moved? There's no option in the Lit control panel (all I can change there are the options for voting and comments, and I've never had any luck trying to contact the site maintainers for support.

Suggestions, anyone?

Resubmit the story with EDIT in the title. Add a Note to the Editor to that you wish to change category. Laurel may or not change category - she reserves final say, and will often change category in the first place to put it where she thinks it will run better.

Then wait a two or three weeks. Edits are low priority for the site.

Or just don’t bother with it. Write a part 2 in “sci-fi”, and refer users to the first part from it. That way you’ll maximise your category coverage and get seen by more users

Thanks, everone! I don't think I have a part 2 in me, so I'll see if resubmitting with and EDIT request helps. If not it will just be a typical case of "too bad".
