I have a crazed fan who writes me several times a week. A lot of times it’s anonymous feedback, but it’s obvious it’s him. He‘ll fire off 5 feedbacks in a row. His writing style is obvious. It makes me want to stop writing. I have not responded to any of his emails in over 5 years.

I hadn’t written for a while so he kind of slowed down just sending me feedback asking me to start writing again. I just published 2 stories and now I’m getting a barrage of feedback from him again.

he turns me off so much I don’t feel like writing. I want to write him and tell him I won’t write if he keeps writing me, but I don’t want to contact him.

Perhaps let Laurel and Manu know? Maybe they can do something.

My first husband has this annoying habit of showing up unexpectedly and uninvited. It's been more than 13 years since we divorced and more than 12 since Deion and I were married. I've spotted him following me at times, and he shows up when I go grocery shopping. But here, no one pays any attention to me. So far, I have only had one message here and a few postings from people reading my stories.

Sorry, I don't have anything close to a stalker. A few weird messages over the years, one of which recently that made me kinda depressed for the person (if it was real) but otherwise nothing demoralizing. Not anymore. There were lots of comments in the beginning, which I admit I wasn't that good back then, that killed my desire to publish what I write for a long time. I got over that.

I'm no web expert or anything but I don't know if there is much that could be done, by Literotica. I think they'd only be able to track him by IP, which changes from time to time on it's own for most home users, so they couldn't really block that. Or they could but it would be days at best.

Maybe do the worst case scenario of turning everything off, just for a couple months and he'll lose interest? If he sees it's all disabled then he might not come back.

But it does make me feel like a bit of a stalker myself because I "dropped in" on one of your stories the other day. You're good my friend, don't let an asshole drag you down.

Several years ago, someone began badgering me about the story "Why". At first, "it" used it's own email. This went on for a couple of years, getting worse as time went on, until "it" was sending me something like 30 emails a day, all from Anonymous. However, I could tell it was all from the same source. By this time, I had lost all interest in posting any more stories online. Not so much because of the emails. Still, I had to stop whomever it was. So I started my own campaign. I flooded their mailbox with my sent email. I was on a emailing rampage. It worked. A couple of weeks of that and they stopped. I don't know if that will work for you, but never hurts to try. If you have their email address. Good luck.

I am not as published as you (you are awesome), but I am honored when an author messages me thanking me or wanting to discuss what I had posted. As for followers, I gained a number when I published my first story, but was really surprised when I was followed and messaged based upon comments I had made on other stories. There is one whom I have not responded to, because, as Imstillfun indicated, he was really weird and wanted to offer me his wife.

I don't have your problem, but I know one female writer here has had serious issues and now doesn't post. I think a combination of Alina and Defluer's ideas might work. Turn off comments on this username for a while and create a new one for some really way out stories you've always wanted to do.

Be aware, though, that the "return" email address you get for stuff through the feedback portal is whatever the sender types there. There's nothing to stop them from giving the address of some poor sucker who's never been to Literotica, so if you're going to give them both barrels be sure that the address really does belong to the person pestering you.

Omg this is horrific sounding. I hope you find a solution. I know if that were to happen to me it would scare me... And I'd likely stop posting stories. I'd even likely delete all of them and just leave.

Just hearing of this scares me

A few months back another author wrote and published an interview with me. In the interview I talked about my stalker. The stalker actually realized it was him and sent me an email apologizing for creeping me out, since then he has still barraged me with emails and “anonymous” feedback.

4 emails apologizing in The first 4 days.
