Here's a nice FAQ on Literotica's submission process: submission guidelines.

The editor program here on Lit isn't mandatory. It's entirely up to you whether to use one or not. If you'd like someone to have a look over your work to help polish it before you post it for the world to see, just ask one of the nice folks here. Start a new thread with a brief request that describes your story. Give its length (in a word count) and let everyone know what type of help you're looking for -- a basic grammar check or substantive help with things like dialogue and character development.
