Anti-Zionism is the same as Anti-Semitism

They're not any better than the Jews, they just happen to be the ones occupied and oppressed at the moment, therefore all persons of good will side with them, it's just that simple.

I can empathize with the Palestinians, who are essentially pawns who swallowed the “right of return” propaganda, perpetuated by Arab countries who simply didn’t not want to pay for accommodating displaced Palestinians into their own countries, hook line and sinker.

But I don’t think I can side with Hamas.

From Israel’s founding, its violent destruction was inevitable. Much like the detonation of a nuclear weapon in Manhattan. Unless the world makes a 180 degree turn, and it hasn’t for decades, it’s only a matter of time.

Some of the Christian right would love to hasten armageddon. Some groups are actually funding Jews to make aliyah (the return to Israel) specifically to make that happen.
The threat of violent destruction has been the normal for the Jewish people for thousands of years. Jews are still around, where many groups over that time are gone.
If the Jews lose Israel again as they did in 70AD, they will live in the Diaspora until they will return, after all they have G-d on their side :)

Attrition. Israel has to win every fight. It’s enemies, which far exceed Israel’s population, need to only win once.

Luckily it's enemies, even when they band together, have not been successful. I very much doubt at this point their enemies could get along well enough to make a decent effort.

i agree the Palestinians are both pawns and cannon folder for the other far eastern countries, except Jordan which is a fairly weak country at this point and must tread carefully. Of course, Jordon has a Palestinian majority, but not control. The country is also located on what once was part of Palestine. It's very politically complicated.

I certainly can not side with Hammas.
