Don't get me wrong, when in Rome (under local law) I could understand.

When I was a young PFC in Germany/Italy? You damn right I got into some 16-17 y/o girls....but then again being only 18/19 myself I didn't have any ethical issues and neither did the law.

Then again neither of those places were war torn shit holes lacking in law either.
