I say "they" because I don't believe for a second that you or any other Litcon noticed the teleprompter until some right wing pontiff said something. Don't get me wrong, when in Rome (under local law) I could understand.

When I was a young PFC in Germany/Italy? You damn right I got into some 16-17 y/o girls....but then again being only 18/19 myself I didn't have any ethical issues and neither did the law.

Then again neither of those places were war torn shit holes lacking in law either. I have seen some monumentally fucked up shit happen to young girls in those kinds of places and exp. tells me that's the rule under those conditions and not the exception so ....yea totally plausible if not probable.
