Grilled cheese sandwich.

Question: has anyone here made a grilled cheese sandwich with swiss cheese only? Was it good? I'm hungry, and out of Kraft singles, but I do have a packet of deli-cut baby swiss.

I love grilled swiss on toast - but it doesn't work with that fat-reduced swiss, that just comes out rubbery and gross.

Grilled Cheese. Definately. Especially if it's in one of those sandwich maker machine thingies.

Just made a swiss & roma tomato grilled sandwich...yum! Highly recommended!
