Okay...I may just keep posting questions until this irritating little "virgin" label rolls over to something less...condescending...lol

But, honest, I do have a question. What the heck is an ICQ number and why do some people have them and others don't?

ICQ is an instant messaging service much like AIM and MSN Messenger and the number is simply your unique number through which you can message another person. Some people don't like to send instant messages and others don't like to publish their numbers. Others use services other than ICQ.

Nothing more complicated than that.
