Well, yeah. Now that an official investigation has begun. Everyone's gone 'deaf, dumb, and blind.' Between Plame and Lee the press is learning a lesson it seems.

But Cindy's back at the ranch during the congressional break in an attempt to regain lost glory. Now that Hillary's kicked her to the curb it'll be interesting to see how enthusiastic the press coverage is.

I for one will welcome our new democrat overlords, higher taxes, even more government spending (hard to beat Bush's though) and a kinder gentler America.

I wonder if the insurgents know they can effect regime change in the US by simply "staying the course."

That vote was a BIG thorn in the Dems side kbate. A 403 - 3 vote more or less puts to lie the rhetoric the party leadership has been spouting. It's going to be damned difficult for all but three of the Dems to campaign on a 'pull out' platform.

They can't do much about the economy, the Repubs are reeling in the spending. What's that leave them to campaign on?
