Watching the clips, I'm still not sure how you use it. Obviously, you get it into your hole but then what? Does it vibrate? If not, do you move it in/out? up/down?

Some vibrate. Some don't. You do Kegels. Squeeze it with your hip muscles. After a bit, it will begin to move involuntarily. Almost an auto-fucking feeling. I have ejaculated just walking around with my Progasm inserted.
 
It does take time to get it going. The first couple of times all I felt was something in my bum. I have ejaculated fully flaccid using a massager. It was more of an overflow than spurting. Still felt wonderful. The fluid was warm.
