Have had some success with one in the past, but I prefer a large buttplug, as I like the stretch and constant pressure makes it easier. It takes a LOT of patience. I find it best lying on my left side and then working it around until I find the prostate. Once I do, I clench my hole over and over so it pulsates against it.
