In the UK you can get done for the motorised one!

BTW Christopher Reeve, Hellen Keller and Dr Stephen Hawking do not and would not qualify for the Special Olympics.

The Special Olympics are for those with impaired mental faculties not physical.

Those with physical disabilities enter the ParaOlympics.

A serious answer based upon knowledge of the subject.

Each community organizes buses for the trips to transport the competitors. They take everyone - with wheelchairs or without.

Other than that...probably first come first serve.

Wrong. The Special Olympics also have those with physical disabilities as well as mental disabilities.
