You can get a small butt plug or a med, I found the small plug to be to thing so went right to the med for the first time anal play. Its hard to explain, there is a feeling while you walk around and go about your day if you can take wearing it for a few hours. I lasted about 4 is my most, I heard of others wearing it longer but 4 hours was enough for me.

Not that it become uncomfortable, depending on the size others here have also said 4 hours or a little more is more then enough time to have it in. Also you mite get a little gassy (Farts) Some people say they do since you are kinda plugging up its excape route (not to scare you off) But it does give pleasure.
