There are many issues that can be leading to this. The first being are you mentally nervous or thinking it is going to hurt? If you get tense and are not relaxed it can be far more uncomfortable. If you do anal daily for a month, it won't hurt much at all anymore. I've used larger and larger dildos to get that first pain.
