an answer to something i've always wondered...

for as long as i've been on lit--which if you look at my profile you'll see has been a long time--i've never understood the appeal of the incest section. i'll be honest, i find the kink repulsive. i also dislike how in the story ideas thread every incest fan insists on taking every thread in that direction but that's about adherents, not the kink itself.

anyway...i think i've finally found something that helps me understand it.
