Considering the latest rescues one might say UNWRA is holding hostages.
They will not survive as an organization, their self stated purpose is to do Oct 7 over and over again, and based on that alone, Hamas will be gone.
Why would anyone wish a terrorist organization that has brought frown the destruction of Gaza, Hezbollah and the over throw of Assad to survive?
Personally no Assad seems good at least on the surface.

They could vote in non terrorists and govern themselves. They have Gaza, no other country wants it. It could be the next Singapore. Lots of beautiful beach front On the mediterranean.

They could also develop their own currency, and infrastructure. Maybe some green houses? Boot out UNWRA and get the UNHCR in to help them transition from being perpetually refugees to a prosperous society and no longer dependent on the UN or other nations.

Considering their past behavior, I would suggest they consider themselves like any other land locked country that shares a border with a neighboring country. 1/5 of the worlds countries are landlocked.
Then if over time, they can build up trust with their neighbors, maybe a port.
Not having a port or uncontrolled access didn’t stop them building an elaborate tunnel system, the sea front resorts, the beautiful Gaza of their publicity films and all the residential and educational buildings that they use to storage munitions, hide in and shoot missles from, that are now rubble.

There is no Apartheid to continue and once the war is over and Hamas is gone, there will be no occupation like there wasn’t before this war.
It’s currently two state, and I doubt Israel would want to absorb Gaza or Egypt would want Gaza back again. It was part of Egypt remember?
If the countries around Israel would stop trying to destroy Israel, they would stop losing land.
