xHamster.com isn't a photography site per se, but it has many thousands of amateur photos, which range in quality from outstanding to godawful.

Sultrytease.com - It's a bit quiet but it's genuine. Uk-exhibitionist.com/ipb - You have to join to post but it's free. If you're just after a quick ego boost you can always post on wifelovers.com it's not a forum per se but you'll get comments up the ying yang until you stop posting
