So I wasn't here when the AMA thing was going on because I was on Lit hiatus. But I like attention, so I wanted to make a thread, anyway.

Therefore, feel free to ask me anything. I'll answer to the best of my ability.

Also, feel free to bump your own AMA threads for me to ask you things, too. I started to bump some of them myself, then decided that might be weird. So if y'all wanna do, like, an AMA renaissance on the BDSM forum, let's go for it!

I’m glad you decided to go for it.

Not a big question but something I’ve wondered once or twice over the years:
Do you have siblings?

Yay, I have a question! Thank you!

I actually am an only child. My parents struggled to have children, and I'm the only one my mother ever managed to carry to term. So it's just me. :)

How do you feel about that?
Asking because I have talked about it with several friends who are the only child and it seems to vary a lot how they felt about it and how they think it has influenced them.

Funniest is the friend/ former collegue who said that since he was an only child, he just looked at us friends as siblings. And I realized it was a bit like that, in that we were able to fight more, disagree and outright heckle each other and still back each other up, in a way thst isn’t too common with people befriended as grown ups.

What D/s role (ie: sub, little, toy, slave) do you think of yourself as the most?

Well, to be honest, I have a lot of issues stemming from childhood, but I don't know that I'd say being an only child really caused any of them.

My mother was overly strict and overprotective, and me being the only one may have had something to do with that.

Mostly, I don't mind being an only child. Less family for me to have to deal with. The only problem is, when my parents need something, it's either I do it, or it doesn't get done. It might be nice to have some help occasionally!
What is your favorite thing about the place where you live?
Ok, let me preface this by saying I grew up in a town of 800 people. The place I live now has a little over 100,000 in the metro area. So probably the thing I love most about it is that it's not where I grew up!

But that's kind of a cop-out answer, I know, so I'll try to come up with the better one. The funniest/most absurd thing about this place is that it was once the home of the world's largest chair (which I drive by every time I go to the grocery store). Alas, another chair somewhere else has surpassed it now, but for a brief and shining moment that two-story chair meant something, dammit!

I think probably my actual favorite thing about this area is the lake park in the next town over. It's nothing to write home about, just a lighted walking track around a small lake/large pond with a fountain sprinkler thing in the middle. But there's something about it at night that's interesting. (And I only go at night because at least 8 months out of the year, it's too hot to go any other time.) It feels like a liminal space, like a normal park, only with everything shifted slightly to the left.

The same city built another lake park with fancier grounds and a larger lake. But for whatever reason, it just doesn't have the same charm to me.
What D/s role (ie: sub, little, toy, slave) do you think of yourself as the most?
I'm a switch, but I identify most as a little.

Thanks for the questions, y'all. Keep 'em coming! Also, seela, I'm going to go read your AMA thread and ask you some questions once I get back to the computer. Anyone who's reading, feel free to bump or create your own AMA thread!

A giant chair is not nothing! 😂

Can people go sit on it or is it used as a stage or something or does it just exist as a giant chair that people can marvel at? Fascinating.

-Do you collect something?
-Do you have a tight group of friends you’re in contact with all the time?
-What is something you regret?
-What is something you’re proud of?
-What’s your favorite duolingo course?

You identify as a switch, but I was wondering if you're a switch in a D/S sense or more as sadomasochistic, or both?

The giant chair is bizarre. It doesn't have a ladder or anything (that I have ever seen, anyway), so you can't climb on it. It just sits next to the sidewalk and is currently sporting an ad for an office furniture place. Also, it's not a nice, fancy-looking chair. It's just a plain old straight-backed chair someone made from beams and sheet metal.

Here's a quick read about it with pics.

Do you remember when people were photoshopping Bernie Sanders sitting with his mask on, arms and legs crossed, and a grumpy expression on his face at Biden's inauguration into everything? Some enterprising soul on Facebook photoshopped him onto the giant chair, and I thought it was one of the funniest things I had ever seen. (Admittedly, I'm easily amused.)

Ok, I'll shut up about the chair now and answer your other questions!
-Do you collect something?

Yarn. I collect yarn. Sometimes, I crochet or loom knit with it.

Ok, I also collect Hello Kitty paraphernalia. My bathroom is done in Hello Kitty stuff, and I have large stuffies, and things like that. The weirdest thing I have with HK on it is a HK-shaped humidifier that I got when I was sick one time.
-Do you have a tight group of friends you’re in contact with all the time?

Yes! One friend in particular, I pretty much talk to every day. She and I use Trillian, the crappy IM program, to talk daily. My other friends, I also talk to pretty regularly, mostly because I met a lot of them from work. So the majority of them work at home, so they have time to sit around and BS on Facebook messenger or whatever.
-What is something you regret?

I regret that I wasn't around more after my Granny was diagnosed with cancer in 2003. I was 19 years old and had too much going on in my life, and also, it killed me to see her fairly rapid decline. I couldn't bear to witness it. It's not that I quit going to see her, but I didn't go as often as I did when she was well, and I didn't usually stay very long at a time, either. I wish I had done better now.
-What is something you’re proud of?

I am proud of my work websites! I know, that's a weird thing to be proud of, a bunch of phone sex websites that I didn't even do the design on, but they rank pretty well in the search engines. And that makes me feel like a wizard!
-What’s your favorite duolingo course?

That's a tough one! The only two I've actually finished are Spanish and Dutch. But of the ones I'm doing now (Spanish and Dutch again, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian, French, and German), I think Dutch has been my favorite because some of the sentences are so silly and ridiculous. I'm often saying, "What the hell, Duo?" during the Dutch lessons.
You identify as a switch, but I was wondering if you're a switch in a D/S sense or more as sadomasochistic, or both?

In the sadomasochistic sense, really. I can take control for a bit, but I get bored with it after a while. But I do like to hurt people, so that's why I identify as a switch, not a sub.

The ideal situation would be Daddy and me playing with another sub. He would decide what was going to happen and then ask me to do (some of) it. "Use the riding crop on them," he might say, and I would be gleeful because I love using the riding crop. :D

I make a pretty good second-in-command, I think.

This is another one of those things Daddy and I haven't done yet, but hopefully some day!

Did your Daytona trip live up to expectations ?

Do you cook?

What's your favorite meal to eat? To cook?

Did your Daytona trip live up to expectations ?

Yes, it did! It exceeded them, actually. :)
Do you cook?

As little as I can get away with!
What's your favorite meal to eat? To cook?

My favorite meal to eat is probably my best friend's eggplant parmesan. My favorite one to cook is probably fried chicken because everyone loves my fried chicken for reasons completely unbeknownst to me, lol.

Ok, I'll play.

If you were in Paradise and ordered Cheeseburger, how do you like it? (Yeah, I identified the sig, line).

I do have an AMA thread here someplace...(but no two-toned Ricky Ricardo jacket)

I like mine with lettuce and tomato
Heinz 57 and french-fried potatoes
Big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer
Well, good God Almighty, which way do I steer?

(I actually like everything on my cheeseburgers, except raw onions. Raw onions do not agree with me.)

I'm sad at the lack of jacket. :(

I know that you have mentioned riding and horses. What kind of riding/horses were/are your thing? Is it something that still has a place in your life?

I love this idea. I really like the idea of a chain of domination and submission. The dynamic of a Dom in control of a sub, but the sub is then in control of another sub. Not two subs at the same level submitting to the first Dom. I think it's a really fun dynamic

I agree, it could be a fun dynamic, but only if it’s clear and everybody knows what to expect. I’ve been in a situation where the other sub expected me to be more dominant towards them, and I only found this out afterwards. Felt pretty shitty. It’s also unlikely I could have been dominant towards them in a way they expected, so it was doomed to fail from the beginning, I just didn’t know it.

And a question to Bunny:

To echo your question in my thread, what would you like to do and see if you were to visit me? Or would you even want to, I don’t know.

If you could make your dream Lit-together come through, where would it take place, what would happen?

I know that you have mentioned riding and horses. What kind of riding/horses were/are your thing? Is it something that still has a place in your life?

Yep! I used to show Tennessee Walking Horses and Racking Horses, from the time I was 11 until I was about 25 or 26.

I don't show anymore, for multiple reasons. Old injuries, weight gain, trainers who were batshit crazy, a stage mother, and politics and cruelty within the industry all worked together to turn me off of it. Then, my old geldings, whom I'd had since 1997 and 1999, respectively, died of old age within two years of each other. The one we called Fergie died in 2016 at the age of 23, and the one we called Bubba died in 2018 at the age of 28.

I don't ride at all anymore now. I never rode for fun; it was always competitive. But if I ever went back to competitive riding, it would be in timed events, like show jumping or barrel racing because fuck a judged event.

I think it would be fun, too. I've done it in the past, but not with my current Daddy.

Yes, you would definitely want to have that planned out beforehand. Otherwise, it sounds like chaos!

OMG, I would love to come visit you! I want to see all of Europe, and Finland is no exception. Unfortunately, I know very little of what is in Finland, so I would trust you to take me and show me the sights. :)

My dream Lit-together....Well, many years ago, there was a Lit-together in Atlanta that I attended, and I think it would be hard to beat that one! I love Atlanta--not the damned traffic, but the town itself--so if we had another, I might have it there. And we'd do what we did at the last one, I think--go out to eat first and then everyone who wanted to could go back to the hotel suite for some demonstrations and whatnot. That one was wonderful, and I would love to do it again sometimes.

A Lit-together would be a terrific idea! Maybe someday. ;)

You were gone a while, what did you miss? What did you find you could do without? What (or who) brought you back.

(Lit-together: sounds good, we are going to need a bigger boat...)

I missed everything, I think. I left because I had recently gone through a breakup, and it hurt too much to be here. But after a while, I realized that I didn't have an outlet for this part of myself anymore, and that sucked. So that's what brought me back. :)

As far as what I could do without, I could take or leave most of the pic threads because random porn just makes me think of work. But I know other people enjoy them, and I wouldn't begrudge them that.

Also, can I just say how surprised I am that no one has asked me about my kinks yet? Here I am, all ready to talk about them, and nobody's even asked yet! :p

I think it’s a recurring theme in AMA threads that the questions are not very kink heavy. Maybe because kink is kind of all over the place here but the other things might be less obvious? Although I suppose most people who hang out here long enough eventually stop talking about kink and mostly talk about other things, so maybe my theory isn’t valid. I know that’s happened to me and now I have to push myself to talk kink at least occasionally.

If you want kink questions, here they come!

1) Do you have a kink that you absolutely can’t imagine living without?

2) What is something you’d like to try and haven’t yet?

3) You mentioned using a riding crop. Are there other specific implements you like to use or have used on you?

4) Is there something that used to be a limit for you that you’ve later really come to enjoy? Is there something that you’ve previously enjoyed that you now find a bit meh or maybe it has turned into a limit?
