That's an interesting question. If my step-daughter asked me to buy her a sex toy I think we'd have a serious discussion about it, but I'd be inclined to say yes. I want her to be happy, and healthy, and if I can help in that then I feel like it's the right thing to do.

Can't imagine any of my kids asking outright. They'd ask if there was something they could do to earn X and I'd pay them once the work was done.
That said, if my 19yp stepdaughter wanted me to go toy shopping with her, I'd have to agree just to offer my expertise

When our daughters reached the age of consent my wife and I agreed we would arrange for them to go on the contraceptive pill. My wife handled all the negotiations and purchasing, I just paid the bill. I don't think we ever got into supplying them with toys.
