I watched his little slap fight with Michael Avanatti last night on CNN and wasn't impressed with either of them.

With apologies to that thin lipped alien, Adrina, they behaved like a couple of bitches.

Most unseemly, I thought, particularly Douchewitz, who's supposed to have a great reputation.

Reputation?

What happened to his First Wife? See how much you can find out.

And what about that Epstein Lolita stuff? Nasty.

Perversion in a university professor is to be expected. And applauded. No better place to be a hard core pervert than a university campus.

But the bitchiness is unseemly, as is beating and murdering your wife. Bad form.

What do you think about Alan? Cool guy or twisted old yellow-toothed bitch?

He’s been an asshole attention whore for, oh, about the last fifty years.

Both huge attention whores but at least Dershowitz has a small amount of cred. Dude got von Bulow off, that was impressive by itself.

You watch CNN?

I find the idea of an entire network of trumpangst amusing, in a sadistic way.

I mean, they followed him around during the campaign like paid promoters for a Barnum & Bailey Freak Show; then, the Day After, it was like they had a network-wide nervous breakdown.

So yes, I'll watch 10-15 minutes of it every few days, hoping that one of them has a stroke on-air.

I won't watch Don Lemon, but I do like watching Anderson becoming more like an angry old woman with the passage of time.

I get Amy Adams and Erin Burnette mixed up, but would like to inseminate one of them.

Chris Cuomo ought to replace Tom Sellick on Blue Bloods and bang his daughter Bridget Monyahan for me, seeing as she won't return my calls.

Little Lance's latest alt got nuked. Boo hoo, how sad.

Allan was worshiped by the left until he had the audacity to extend to Donald Trump the same level of constitutional protection as Barack Obama.

Dershowitz protects Trump because they're both repulsive old men who still think they're devastatingly attractive to women. Same with Giuliani.

Not that you would understand but he stood up for Trump out of a respect for the rule of law, and out of a contempt for the kind of group think that forever pollutes the thought process of you and your kind.

Dershowitz does no such thing. This is the guy who said torture is fine. I can guarantee he would never say what happened during the Holocaust was fine.

Considering he's making excuses for the con artist who is doing everything but the rule of law, it shows he's only doing it for the attention.

No he didn't.

No he didn't.

Except for when he did;

Dershowitz believes that torture is morally wrong, he assures us, but asserts that in a given case, “torture may be the only or best tactic for saving lives.” The author takes this assertion at face value and continues to parse what he calls “the conflict between the moral and the factual: Should torture, as a moral matter, be permitted in a case where, as a factual matter, it may save lives?”

Spoiler alert: Dershowitz says yes. He advocates for a “torture warrant” to be issued in dire circumstances.

But Dershowitz’s theoretical musings have no basis in reality. Professional interrogators tell us that the “ticking time bomb” scenario just doesn’t exist in the real world. It is misleading to use an improvable hypothetical to validate a practice that has shown to be counterproductive again and again in actuality.

Now apologize to the smart gentleman, vettebirther.

Sounds like you don’t understand the legal distinction Dersh was making.

But i do agree with the OP and think dershowitz should probably hang up his robes for good.

Good thing NotVetteman no longer claims he was a Marine, otherwise his Marine Corps honor would require him to take responsibility for his erroneous statements, lest he bring lasting shame and dishonor to the Corps.

I see Dershowitz as being a due process purist, and that would be across the board. While one may disagree with his politics and other things, one must admit that his view of how the legal system should function is the very antithesis of mob rule and lynch mob.

It's funny hearing a birther say that. :)

I think he enjoys being an antagonistic asshole. He wears it as a badge of honor on here because he is a weakling in the real world.

Everyone says up, he says down.

He is that much of a jerk.

It's also a good thing he has me on ignore. The Bombs-O-Truth have wounded him for over a decade and have left him the beaten "man" before you today.
