Is it possible that in the not too distant future we see companies being predominantly run by AI?
The Citizens United stupid law (one of many) of the US which give corporations similar rights to humans and allows monetary donations to political parties as exercising their right to free speech (DUH!), then you could very well have AI defining your corrupted politics in this same way.

Probably going to happen. It already is in an indirect way right now.

But how do you get the corruption to turn itself off??? You can't.... Congress is NEVER going to vote itself out of it's own money train.

This thing has to crash and burn before there is a real no BS overhaul of the shit show the USA has become. I'm not sure how that will actually look or play out obviously but I'd bet everything I've got that what comes out the other side of the next 10 years is going to be quite a bit different from the post WW2 USA we've known for the last 80 years.

our head is education says it's A1.

she's a magatard but trump loves the uneducated.

AI without a human in the loop is a fair old distance away.

It’s all about augmentation.
Sure, I am developing with AI myself & know that no sane minded person would let it control a company as it goes off the rails but I don't believe that fully autonomous AI controlled companies are "a fair old distance away" - reasoning capabilities will be forthcoming fairly quickly as the "smart" way to do AI - the dumb expensive way that current LLMs use is massively expensive & not sustainable - Massive data needed for pre-training, reinforcement learning & human factor post training feedback is also not sustainable.
Smart AI models are already emerging with new design techniques - self-training, learning & some modicum of reasoning and far less expensive to develop.
This can only accelerate

The huge expenses of infrastructure, energy consumption, and water pollution for a smidgen of revenue guarantee a short run for Large Language Models. Meanwhile, many people who see their careers threatened are sabotaging LLMs by feeding them false or nonsensical data. Corporations that try to save a few bucks by using LLMs to cut labor may move to the front of the line of self-termination.
