Upon a satisfactory showing that the prospective jury does not, they are presented the evidence of the offense. The color of the skin of either the defendant or the victim should not be a consideration in how heinous the offense is. If the offense is proven to have been committed, then EVERYONE who commits the same offense should be treated equally no matter the skin color/gender or the color skin color/gender of the victim.

Lenity and aggravating/mitigating circumstances should be abolished. As should parole and probation.

Jurors are well grilled by both the prosecution and defense and possibly the judge before being selected. But like the stone case mistakes are made and slight of hand exist.

So to be clear I do not agree with the two (or possibly three) men that are charged with the shooting. They should not have killed the "running/jogging") man.

I will however wait for the trial(s) so that all of the facts can be weighed.

This video was made by a very bias white man, but it does give additional evidence that will no doubt come up during the trial.

I only post this to show additional evidence on top of the actual shooting video.

At this time I will reserve judgement until after the trial.
