A second video, from a porch cam of a house across the street from an under construction house, has been released.
It shows the deceased trotting down the street and stopping in front of the under construction house, then walking onto the property and getting about halfway to the garage before he stops and looks around, as if scanning to see if anyone's watching, and then proceeds into the garage. It definitely seems he was in the garage long enough to maybe find the door into the house locked, because he then exits the garage and proceeds to go around the garage toward the rear of the property.
Shortly thereafter the cam catches a man walking toward the front of his property of the house next door to the cam, and also across the street from the under construction home. It looks like to me he's using a cell phone as he walks to the edge of the street and stops.
The deceased obviously found a way into the home in the rear, for the next thing we see is the deceased exiting the front door of the house in a hurry, almost as if he spotted the guy on the phone across the street. And once he's out the door he's flat out flying, cutting across the yard next door, not at all exiting as nonchalantly as he entered, until leaving the viewing range of the cam.
There is also a released video circulating showing the the deceased inside the under construction house looking things over.
Weeks ago one of the suspects reported a burglary of a handgun from his vehicle while it was parked in front of his house. Reportedly there is video of a black suspect with (I forget the term the report used) hair and a readable tattoo on his arm involved in alleged burglaries in the neighborhood. One of the suspects also reported that he encountered the deceased before in the neighborhood and the deceased put his hand in his pants, as if he was armed.
The suspects' story of stopping the deceased because they thought he was a burglar stands up. The ensuing struggle between the deceased and the shooter is plain for all to see. The fact that a man is dead because of this incident is unarguable.
If the deceased has the same tattoo on his arm as the suspect in the neighborhood burglaries, and considering the deceased's obvious "casing" of the under construction home, then that will prove his supporters' story of him simply being a jogger doesn't stand up at all. It'll also be interesting to learn if the deceased has any previous history with the law, particularly of a burglary and dealing in stolen goods nature.
This is definitely not a case of murder. The struggle for the shotgun(?) was evident, with the deceased clearly going after it and the suspect just as clearly trying to pull it away from the suspect's grasp. That one frame where the deceased takes a swing at the suspect while his other hand is on the shotgun and a shot goes off what seems directly into his belly, exemplifies the unplanned chaos of the situation. Involuntary manslaughter should be the highest charge possibly involved here.
And a "lynching" of any sort it was most certainly not.
