Been a while since we've had a real nasty cycle here on the board... maybe the fact that things were slow made it difficult to be nasty to each other. Proving my point that people should take a deep breath and spend a few moments thinking before they post.

Slow servers forced people to do that whether they wanted to or not...

Hey Laurel - you listening? Can you take down those new servers? The kids aren't old enough to use them properly yet.

Damn glad I'm going away on business this week. With luck this latest nasty cycle will be over by the time I return.

Chef - not a bad idea - but might be just a bit TOO sterile.

Lavy - good point and well taken. But I feel it brewing, you know? Maybe its just my tolerence for it is a lot lower then it used to be.

Actually, I believe there are some people who are always nasty. With the slow servers though, it was too damned hard to read all the threads, so more of the nastiness got overlooked.
