Advice on writer's block

Here's a thing:

I was having a problem using my big old clunky IBM for my anal story. I tried my Sony laptop but I was still blocked. Now things are flowing nicely since I used an ordinary Bic pen. Thought I'd share.

I find late nights and a couple of drinks does the job when it comes to writer's block. The other tried and true solution is to skip over the offending part of the story and continue another part. That is of course if you have a set plot and already know where you are going. Otherwise it just won't work.

help! im a bit stuck on my next story. im writing about a beautiful "idot savant", master kazoo player... no, im not kidding. anyone willing to lend a hand? i need some ideas. ive got a running start but seem a bit stuck on where to go next.

absolutely. just when she gets a sprained tongue. .. meastro with small baton... um... leaving the hectic world of kazoo playing for greener pastures... then i get lost.. thinking shell have to cause an accident whilst driving her 1970 dodge dart, making an 18 wheeler turn over and lose its load of medical leeches... something with police next?
