Morning EK :rose::kiss:

Coffee if ya please.

It's Moanday  and no, that is not misspelled. You should hear all the moan and groaning going on around here at work.

Hey Tx.
Better late than never, right? lol.
*Brews a fresh pot and pours ya a cup*

I don't doubt it. Yay for Monday being my day off from my real job lol.

 What's a day off?

I'll work fifty to fifty five days straight and then get ten days to two weeks off. That is, if I'm lucky. :D

Days off are going to be an imaginary thing for me too, now. Had to take a day job to try and help the income and even it doesn't pay enough. So "day off" means "day I spend working on the computer instead of on my feet"

Good morning. :)

*Brews some coffee*
I am so tired today... the past two weeks have caught up with me.
Boo for work. :( lol.

*Chugs the coffee*
I might need a nap... :) but I think my boyfriend has different ideas
about what will happen if I get back in bed, lol. Story of my life. :catroar:

Coffee coffee coffee

This bunch I'm working with would screw up a concrete block with a rubber hammer.

Having recently re-entered the world of the employed-by-someone-else, I totally know what you mean.

I watch people congregate to bitch about the store cutting hours while a customer who just needs help getting a box off a shelf to purchase a $500.00 tv stand goes unhelped.

Um, gang? solution to your problem right over there. Sell more $500 items, create more wage budget. simple, really.

How about cross threading a $10,000 bit on a sub, not telling anyone, and then running it in the hole anyway. An hour after it hit bottom, we had a washout. Now we'll lose a day plus the cost of the bit, rig time, and fuel.

Coffee is ready

New story up. :D First 4 votes 5.00  Waiting for other shoe to drop.

Ten more chapters to go.

a little amaretto in my coffee this morning please... it just sounds good.

That does sound good but I'm working so it's out of the question in my case.

How goes life in the cold north lands? It must be a little different from balmy SoCal.

It was warm here in Jersey two days ago. It actually reached 70f. Yesterday was chillier, staying in the 50s. Today is in the 60s, but it is raining, so it is the worst day of them all.

41 here this morning with a high expected around 62. Kind of nipply for this time of year in these parts. At least the rain moved on. that is until Monday and then it's back again. I love working outdoors in duck weather.

Supposed to rain all day, so I'm making the big pot of coffee.

Happy Moanday.

Chapter 4 posted today in the new first time series. 7 or 8 more to go. Not sure I like the ending. I might add another chapter.

I'll settle for a scotch and an end of this 2 month long round of colds :(

We got a good two inches of rain just today.

I'm so ready for a drink.

We're somewhere between 7 and 9 inches, according to who you talk to.

I'd join ya in the drink if I wasn't still working. Well, not in the drink but you know what i meant. ;)
