which, come to think of it, hasn't had a fresh coat of pink paint in quite some time.
Lace curtains too.

A pink slip... uh, cover for the couch would be nice.

*Grabbing something cold to drink, and waving good morning to anyone around*
*Pouring a cup of STRONG coffee, and choking down two aspirin. Waves to ML.*
Snow level > 7000', but early. Break out the thermals, store up on hot toddy mixers and soups, stack the firewood, and tune up the snowmobiles everyone.
Good morning.
We've had flurries here already. Yesterday the high was barely over 40 degrees.
That was your high?! Eves have been around that here, but at least still warming to 60s during the day.
If I put any carved pumpkins out this year, I'll have to make sure the candles stay lit to keep them from freezing.
Perhaps I'll skip out on the local party, and stay close to the fire this Halloween. Out of date with any new movie releases, but a few good horror flicks sound good.![]()
*Passes Rad a cup of java.* Warning! I made it strong!
Yea, it seems fall slipped through our fingers. There are still leaves turning on the trees, but I'm wondering if they will freeze before they fall.
My neighborhood gets a pretty good stream of trick-or-treaters. It has been on the increase for several years. But I'm not really into dressing up the front porch as I typically would be, or attempt any shocking surprises. Think I'll keep it mild this year.

*snort*
Last time we had snow in any accumulation here was probably around 1993. My youngest is nine, and he's never seen it snow where it didn't melt the minute it hit the ground.

Good morning. It still amazes me how far back this thread gets.
*Brews a pot of coffee.... waiiiiitttssss patiently... finally pours a cup. Grabs an ashtray and plops at the bar.*
I think this place needs dusted. lol. *sigh* Perhaps when I'm done with my coffee.![]()
*slips in and sneaks up behind Emmy*
*hands over her eyes*
