I didn't expect so many responses so soon.

This little experiment could probably have been better designed, but I came up with these questions in like ten minutes.

It is my hypothesis that there are some base level differences in perspective between PYL's and pyl's and I was hoping to draw correlations from seemingly distant questions. One of my majors in college was Marketing. We learned how to break people down into demographics with several identifiable characteristics or mine data to find unusual correlations.

For example, if you watch Fox News, you're more likely to drive an American car. Therefore, it would make more sense for Ford's advertisements on that network to focus on brand management than capturing new sales.

Although the best test would be to give totally random questions, get a tremendous amount of responses and input them into a program designed to calculate statistics for surveys, I will tell you the idea behind these questions for me.


Are you Red or Black?

My answer is Black. Like most of these questions, the answer comes from deep inside me, but I can rationalize it to a degree. Red is a color of love and passion, and black to me seems more dark and mysterious. We are all obviously a bit of each, but it was my misguided guess that PYL's would identify more with the Black side of their personality and pyl's with the Red.

I am a Triangle. Circle seems to indicate flexibility while a Triangle seems to suggest structure. A circle is the same no matter how you look at it, and contains no lines.

I knew this one would be a curveball, but I was trying to keep my intentions from being obvious. Although I take great pleasure in both roles, I am more naturally the director. I want to be in control and I want my vision to come to life. It's my theory that deep down inside subs are all attention whores anyway.

I am the Cheetah. Both animals are fast and graceful, but I am a predator, plain and simple. I'm surprised to see so much disparity in this question.

I am a Mountain. I don't know how to put this concept into words.

Both of course, but the simplest answer is that it is about me.

Salt. Sugar makes things taste sweet, but salt tends to amplify something's natural taste, good or bad. Much of this is conceptual as well.

I'm the hammer. Bam bam bam bam.

My opinion is that the mountain would be something permanent and consistent, while the ocean tends to variate and spill around.

I am not sure if any of the answers are open for discussion..if not, skip mine

Red is red, a primary color. It is it's own self, depicting Dom.
On the other hand black overtakes all other colors...Dom trait also.
Red is bright, black is subdued. Dom/sub.


A circle is a circle...same shape no matter what. Also, a circle can contain a triangle in it, but a triangle does not contain any circles. It is the Dom shape containing a sub shape(triangle...or several triangles)A triangle can be moved about. Angles increases here, decreased there...it can be formed in a sense. The three sides are for body, mind and soul...the three things I give to my Husband/Dom. I saw it as the submissive shape.


Other answers i saw differently, but I haven't the verbal skills to express why.
Also, I saw alot of ways each can represent both Dom and sub...all depends on how you look at them.

pyl is 'pick your label'. If it's capitals (PYL) it's a dom/me, master, mistress, top, etc.. If it's lower case (pyl) it's a sub, slave, bottom, etc.
