OK people, a new definition of absolute bliss.
Here goes.
I've been outside all day, doing the work in the front garden as I've been promising myself I'd do since summer ended.
Basically in order to put gravel down on Monday, I have the weekend to clear the garden of all the rubble, soil and other rubbish that I put there when I sorted my back garden in the summer.
The time has come to put it straight.
Anyway, I've been there all day, throwing rocks, rubble, soil, wood and anything else that needed getting rid of onto the back of a truck.
I reckon I moved about 9 Tonnes today. Twice!
Once, putting it on the truck, and again at the tip unloading it. All by hand with a shovel and spade.
The job is done, for the day. There's another load to move tomorrow, but that's tomorrow.
Today, I'm finished.
So I put all the tools away and clean up, then before tea I get into the shower to wash away the days toil.
Bear in mind it's late autumn (fall) here. It's been quite cold all day but the work has kept me warm
The first water hits me and I enjoy it's warmth on my cold skin. I lift my face into the jets and relish the warmth there too.
I bow my head, and stand there awhile, letting the water hit me on the back of the head and cascade down my body, warming me as it goes.
Then I release my bladder too!
The feeling of absolute warmth was bliss!!!!!
Absolute fantastic bliss.
I just had to share!!!!
