Taylor Swift accused a DJ of touching her sexually without permission.
Most of these accusations, whether the man is guilty or not, are "he said, she said" cases.
Feminists automatically believe the accusation is in and of itself the proof. They don't like trials, they much prefer to just take the guy down on the woman's word.
"Make America Great Again" culture, on the other hand, say women are just liars and would throw the case out right on the spot... unless it's a man of color that's being accused.
Today, however, Taylor Swift won her case by presenting proof in the form of photos. And her bodyguard testified under oath that the alleged groping had happened. This tipped things in her favor. In a civil case where preponderance of evidence is the key to victory, and where the guy had no counter evidence, her victory was a fair call.
This was not only a victory for Taylor Swift, but also more importantly a victory for the Constitutional right to a fair trial and due process.
