I have had 2 weeks before, but this has a personal record. One month with a story sitting in pending mode. Should I just keep waiting or is something wrong here?

Two weeks is pretty standard for me, but after 4 weeks I can't help but wonder if there's something going on. Thanks for the reply. Two of my story chapters have been in pending since the last day of August. And as I've seen in other threads, other people also got their stories in pending for nearly the same amount of time.
Thanks for the tip, but it is pending. In fact, it's been in the pending folder since August 13th.From Laurel (owner and sole editor of Literotica):
Story Pending For More Than 72 Hours? Please Read.

What's missing from all of this is what to do after 15 days.
Delete it and re-submit it. There is a lot of recent anecdotal evidence which shows that often this results in NOT getting stuck in Pending again, and getting an actual approval or sent-back with a statement about the reasons. In way less than 15 days.
A week from what?definitely give it at least a full week (7 days) before deleting and submitting as new. no way to check if cms retains title, so to improve your odds, change title.
A week from what?
After the 15 days is up?
I just finished my re-edit and took your advice by resubmitting it under a slightly different title. Thanks again for your help.If you have a story/poetry in the pending queue for 15 days, imo it is forever lost in limbo. I would delete and submit as new and change the title. That is what i did with my prose "Seventeen Dead", the first time, after 2 weeks, I deleted and submitted it again as new, but kept the title. once again It stayed in pending purgatory for 2 weeks. I deleted it submitted it as new and changed the title to " Seventeen " and in 3 days it posted. ymmv
