A story sitting in "Pending" mode for an entire month. Is there a glitch involved?

These stories have been pending so long I managed to get through the new member queue at AO3. (Which is a major speed bump.)

The community is sweet so far! I thought it was only fandoms but there’s space for original work too.

Yeah, I tend to post things to AO3 and Literotica at the same time - by the time they get approved here, they've dropped off the "new" page over there and aren't getting hits anymore. It's decent but the readership is low for original fiction (for example, my story "Wandering Fury" - novel length, published there on 10/30 - has just under 600 readers there and over 2k readers here (published 11/7).

The speed of approvals seems to be totally random. I have some stories that got approved same/next day, and some that have been waiting for almost a week.
