A secret room

I've gotten an urge to write and i'm trying to think of some ideas that maybe haven't done very many times, and might have a bit of mystery in them. Here's one I came up with (read somewhere about some tech millionaire in LA that had secret tunnels built into his house).

Suppose a young couple (late 20s) is able to buy their dream home at a bargain price. It had been previously owned by an eccentric loner, who had started a briefly successful company and then disappeared when the company collapsed and the SEC came looking for him. The bank eventually foreclosed on the abandoned house and resold it cheaply to cut it's loses.

Except house hadn't exactly been abandoned. The house had a well-stocked secret panic room, and the original owner never left. Gradually, the young couple (the woman especially since she is home more often) gets the feeling that they are being watched.

Slowly, they are manipulated. Perhaps a sex toy is left on the bed that neither claim to have put their but both try because they they think the other must have wanted to try it.

Eventually, the woman either discovers the man, but by this time, she feels both fascination and sympathy for him. She becomes his lover and keeps his secret until the husband discovers and the story reaches a climax.

I'd welcome any ideas as well as advice on where this should go? Erotic couplings? Loving wives? Erotic horror?

Not in erotic horror, the basic premise is the same for most of the stranger in the house horror movies.

Probably shouldn't go in loving wives either, those people would go apeshit.

However, besides that there are alot of avenues you can explore, like you mention that the sex toy both use. Perhaps the husband is bi curious, or straight out bi and uses it on himself, the hidden guy watches and comes out to the husband first, the wife gets to find them in the middle of sex. I admit wishful thinking on my part.

Again with bi husband, after he finds his wife and the hidden guy having sex, he joins in, wouldn't mind something like husband gets behind hidden guy and does him while he does the wife. I saw it in a porn once and dang I wanna be the bread in a two guy threesome.

So now moving away from the gay sex stuff, perhaps husband never finds out, or doesn't care. So the hidden guy stays hidden and screws the wife during the day, husband screws the wife at night. I'd so be there if my guy didn't have the stamina of a god.

Maybe the husband has an unspoken fantasy about watching his wife and another man. He discovers their tryst but instead of breaking it up, he hides in one of the tunnels
