So I'm up late formatting pages into HTML and eating more chocolate than I should and I had this sudden thought. What if chocolate were an intelligent living creature and it only tasted this good if you ate it alive? Would you?

Yeah I should probably just go to bed. ;)

If we are talking about the chocolate I got for Christmas...then the answer is a resounding FUCK YEAH!

But I can say this as it is a hypothetical and hypothetically I might be a nutcase at a very late hour of the night due to lack of sleep or maybe I'm just nuts.

I love the way they scream as they die meltingly on my tongue.

Are we talking about the hypothetical chocolate or the hypothetical...?

I'd take either right now.

Just so long as they scream. *nodsnods*

heheh works for me. *grins*

What would it tase like dead though? It wouldn't be that much different would it?

I'd have to see what it tasted like dead. It's just like myself and fish. Love it cooked, but not very fond of raw fish.

I certainly would because my heart is detatched from the rest of my body and is kept in cave filled with ice on a distant mountain top and no one has successfully retrieved it so far. So die chocolate die-

I admit it.

My morals only go so far.

You hold them down, I'll chop off their heads and suck out the caramel center...

I am indifferent to chocolate. Once had a big 1 killo bar of dairy milk sitting on a shelf. Had it for Christmas. Sat untouched on the shelf for six months (next to a bag of unopened chocolate coins.) Then I met my wife. As if by magic, the chocolate was GONE! She left me to two tiny chocolate coins because she didn't want to eat all my chocolate.

It would have sat on the shelf gathering dust if she hadn't eaten it.

Chocooooolate...aaarrgghhhhhhh.....

If it was a living entity, I would eat it only in a survival situation. (4-5 times a week) I suppose that if it were d.o.a., it would taste like that bark junk you bake with, that's dead for sure! :D
