It all depends, really. Sometimes I don't go limp after an orgasm, other times it make take anywhere between a few minutes and half an hour.
I notice that I have an easier time getting hard again if I'm having sex. I think it's the added stimulation I get from my partner.

Depends on several things. I use an injection ED med. Yes a needle, but it is small. If I was to just have a fuck and cum it probably would not really get soft. But I am into tease and denial and usually after an hour of teasing the meds are not as strong. so once the stimulation stops it will be half soft weather I cum or if I am left horny. If I re-inject I can usually get hard again or if the first dose went soft on me the second will leave me hard for a while. Run up and down the stairs it will be gone. Wow, I'm the same exact way......glad to hear I'm not alone in this rare stamina trait. After orgasm, be it sex or masturbation, I stay hard for quite a while after, especially if there's making out or touching or more sexual activities. It's always a little different for me. Sometimes I stay hard for up to 15 minutes AFTER orgasm, which means I can just keep going (with maybe a minute break or something, just to let my nerves reset.) But generally speaking, within 10 minutes, I can be hard again.
