I actually like women in general who dress fairly conservative.

For whatever reason, I'm partial to one piece sundresses. Overall Skirts will always look nicer than pants. Stockings always make all but the most perfect legs look smoother and nicer.

As for panties or not, I'd have to go with panties for everyday use, but pantyless once in a while. I feel that if you do anything all the time, that becomes the norm and looses something.

Generally I like a woman "dressed for display". In public, toned down, sure. But showing off legs, high heels (they do great things for legs), short skirts with no panties (so easily accessable), plenty of clevage.

Of course, there's this thing called "winter" that often interferes with my nefarious little plans. But generally with a submissive, I make it a rule for her to be accessable at all times.

As do I. I generally make it a rule that ALL other rules go out the window during a woman's period as well -- kind of "time out". Real life tends to have a direct impact on what is practical and what is not.

Stockings.. no.. Unless they're thigh highs.. (being I love to wear them myself when going out to the bars or club).. Bare skin makes most women I know feel nakid even if they are wearing panties. Though the exception is to wear stockings of any shape under plain old jeans. One just can't escape the fact that they are there even if everyone else can't see them.

Skirts are always adored.. I'm not fond of tight short lil' numbers. lets be honest most women can't pull it off and still look.. "attractive".. it leans more towards slutty.. Though nothing catches my eye like a slightly hiked skirt with thigh highs and garters peaking out.. panties or no panties underneath.

And of course heels.. Partial to leather knee highs myself with a pointed toe and stilleto heel.

Though in the end it's not so much what they are wearing.. but how they wear it.. a woman who's slightly uncomfortable in her dress but looks sexy or as I like to put it "Kittenish" can be a myrid of things from low slung jeans that show off a nice tummy.. a skirt that flatters her legs.. or a shirt that shows just enough to show off a nice set of tits..

It all boils down to what my sub 'n I are doing.. or where we're going.. When I go to a club or bar I enjoy my sub being the center of attention by the males and the females jelouse.

As far as everyday life, most of the time I have no opinion and she should dress functionally as appropriate for the occasion. Count me as someone who is not too concerned about what a woman wears in public.

Thinking back over past partners, I see a succession of women with a conservative exterior who conducted themselves otherwise in private.
