A query: men's fragrances

Out of curiosity, what do people here consider the best fragrances for men? They can be high end cologne, inexpensive cologne, heck they can be a stick of deodorant from the drug store or a can of Axe Body Spray if that's what you like. Responses from men or women welcome, though I am admittedly interested in what scents and fragrances women consider to be the most delicious on a man.

Acqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani is the one I love. With that said... it all depends on the man wearing it. Sometimes body chemistry doesn't blend well with the cologne and it doesn't small good at all.

I agree with AL. That scent is yummy!

My 2 other favorites are POLO Blue for men and BRIT for men by Burberry.

But I also do enjoy the smell of just man. Mmm...

Oh goodness, I concur with both AgntSmith (P.S. where in the bay are you from?) and porcelainheart .... "Tsunami" by Axe and "Brit" by Burberry are my favorites. I was literally in one phase of my life my senior year of high school (2 years ago) where I would actually get my friend to spray his "Tsunami" cologne on my diary and then I'd smell it and get wet hahaha. I mean he was cute but the smell was what really turned me on ... God, my best friend thought I was weird as hell at the time b/c I loved Axe so much but hell, it was awesome. But yeah, those are definite keepers. Hope that helps a little

Alyssa, I'm currently in the San Mateo area, though I've lived in a variety of areas around the bay in my life.

Thanks for the responses so far. A_L, you're definitely right, body chemistry is key. I never adopt a new scent without giving it a test run period first.

Polo Black is great, and so is some of the stuff put out by Axe.
I think it is all about the man wearing it. As has been stated above, it's a lot to do with body chemistry.

I love just a good soap-and-water smell, too. Just good hunk o' man!!

I'm all natural. Sometimes I use stetson aftershave, but I dont even use deoderant. No cologne, no hairgel. I brush my teeth, I floss once a week, I cut my fingernails. I dont smoke.

Before you say its gross, girls go wild for the smell of fresh sweat. Fresh like dripping from your pores. I work construction, so I shower right after work. I shower right after I skate.
