Due to requests for more I shall give another challenge, not one in poetry but one in dedcutive reasoning. There is a rule to this challenge:

1. You may only ask me questions that I can answer "yes" or "no" to.

Here is the scenario:

You are called to a scene. You open the door and look around. You see John and Mary lying dead on the floor, there is water and broken glass on the floor, then you notice a cat in the room sitting on the window sill.

You challenge is to tell me what happened. Are you up for it.

Look further down for a new puzzle, one not so easy to solve.

Yes, but please be more specific in your questions.

did the first bell hit the guy, then he died and then it rang again?

No. Remember the questions to ask the "w" and "h" questions.

ok, the bell rang, gave the man a heart attack, when he fell he hit the bell and it rang again?

No. You need to find out who, what, where, when, how and other things. You need to seek further information before even trying to solve what has happened.

In John Donne's time, a church bell was rung to announce another death from the plague. In your case, what's happening is you started the sequence after the bell ringing for the death of one man. Another man dies and the bell is rung again to signal his passing.

Though not a yes or no question, this is not what happened, not even close. Sorry please try again.

did the first bell cause the death of the man?

OK, let's try this again.

Was the ringing of the second bell brought about by the death of the man?

A blind man hears a bell, walks toward it and falls off a cliff into the sea.

The bell heard was the sound of a bouy.

Nay this is not what happened. I must be asked questions that should only require yes or no answers to. Precise and specific questions are best. My final clue I give to you. I thank you for your try.

Yessssss, but there are more important clues to find out about than the bell. I promise that this will be the last clue I give to anyone. Goodluck.
