A Nation where a pop star can influence voting results is a nation in decline

An orange pop star was the latest in many years who influenced politics in the US.

John Fogery/CCR wrote about an 'actor in the White House' in 1970's 'Ramble Tamble'. Hot Rod magazine made an editorial stance against the Vietnam War and caused many NHRA members to drop out...for a few months anyway.

I believe it’s “snails pace”.

I also believe it refers to how fast they process information - or how fast they do anything.

Oh, please. Pop stars have been trying to affect elections since the 1980s. Ever hear of "Rock the Vote"?
