Just Saying Hi

Hi

I don’t have a new pic for you all today. But I wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. It’s been a crazy whirlwind of a weekend/beginning of this week for me(in a good way), so I haven’t been as focused on Lit as I was being.

Sometimes what you need to be happy shows up when you weren’t even looking for it. And sometimes it isn’t what you expect it to be. Sometimes it isn’t a what at all, but a who. My who showed up when I was down and helped pick me up again. And again. It took me a while to realize that I was smiling all the time and the darkness was coming less and less, but I understand now. You are my light, and I am your rock.

All that to say I am no longer single

Now don’t worry, I’ll still be posting and everything will continue as normal in my little corner of Lit. Just with more smiles, and less sadness.

Unexpected Twist

Hey, sorry this is such a late post! I arrived home from work to a house full if unexpected guests, lol. Some out of town family came to stay on a whim, so I've been tied up with them all evening.

Sometimes, there is no greater comfort then a ratty old sweatshirt you stole from someone, lol. I have been so tired today, and I just wanted to come home and climb straight in bed, but since I couldn't do that, I resorted to snagging this sweatshirt of my brother's and at least being comfortable. Of course, as soon as I was able to, the jeans came off, and I got even more comfortable, lol.
