Hello.

It seems more and more I have been developing an interest in writing celeb stories. I was wondering, though, does the author need to add a disclaimer that their story is a work of FICTION and that we are NOT "trying" to claim that said celebrity did said act, or does Laurel already have a "disclaimer" all her own on that subject listing?

Laurel has it covered. The entire category is prefaced by a disclaimer. I copy it below FYI.

The stories in the "Celebrity" section of Literotica are all fictional parodies - none are true, nor are they approved of by the celebrities named in the stories. Authors write these fictitious stories about famous people for the same reason that Larry Flynt made fun of Jerry Falwell, because they can. hay I was worried about the possibility of law suites as i was working on a story about Winnona Ryder

I would still add an extra disclaimer "inside" the story. Of course, anyone who can count to three could erase it, but in case your story gets posted elswhere you did all you could to make sure it's fiction.
