I use a meditation/breathing/relaxation method where I lay on my back in bed, close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing. Breathe in slowly to the count of 3, hold for a count of 3 and exhale for a count of 3. At the same time, start with your toes and clench then as hard as you can and hold for 10 seconds then let go. Then do the same with your feet, ankles, calves.... all the way up the body.
