For people with tatoos (and I know we have 'em):
Which area hurts less, the upper chest about 2 inches in from where your shoulder meets your body, or upper back in the same spot...what I mean is if drew a line through thru your body from the spot on your chest to your back. Get it?
How badly does it hurt...more or less than a typical cartlidge piercing?
What's it like afterwards?
For people without tatoos (guys and girls):
Do you think small tatoos look flattering or trashy on most women? What I'm thinking of getting is about 1 1/2 inch.
What about in a more formal setting, like a woman wearing an evening gown or formal dress? Good or trashy?
I finally found what I want to get, a small Phoenix-the mythical bird, not the city, but I don't want to be in a ton of pain. I might be overly self-concious, but other people's opinions do matter to me...it won't make a decision for me but it might influence it. I'm pretty sure (95%) that I want it done but I want to be totally sure.
