A couple + Friend-with-privileges

I have been the friend-with-privileges to a couple who are both equally my friends, for more than a year. We've gone through many changes. My most difficult moments are when I am alone at home, wanting to be with her. When aroused, which is every day, it's her I think of. My friend, her husband, doesn't usually mind my showing up unexpectedly at strange hours. Anyone else out there in a similar situation?
