I am looking to try and broaden her horizons, if she is willing. She is a little reserved and I am looking to see if she is willing to try something that is a fantasy of mine. I am looking to find a way to ask her without scaring her off! I would not have sex with the other woman but would like for her to join us and 'play with us both'.

I don't know how open your relationship is, but some women might get very upset having there man wanting to have a 3 some. She might think that you just want to have sex with another woman. But if you are very open discussing your fantasies go for it. Me personally love the thought of 2 women and man, and would love to try it, but i'm not sure if I could handle seeing my man with another woman. Jealously would most likely set in. A friend of mine had this problem, and he solved it by suggesting another woman pleasure his wife while he merely watched.

He knew she would eventually invite him to join the fun...and she did.

He originally introduced the third woman by hiring her to give his wife a "whole body massage" for her birthday.

Worked like a charm.
