I'll do it, but I refuse to dress like the construction worker from The Village People.

I'm in the middle of having my bathrooms done, might I suggest shower doors? I never really thought about it until I got them, but they are so much better than having a curtain blow in and stick to you, plus they don't get torn or moldy.

Well, if you go with chrome and a couple well-placed mirrors, you don't need as many lights in the room. That would save you money on electricity.

And it would make those candlelit baths pretty magical, with those guttering candle flames glimmering from so many angles and surfaces?

Not a bad idea, methinks. :)

I removed my glass shower doors cuz I hated them.. started looking crappy after a few years. No matter what I used nothing would make them look clean. (not the glass.. but the metal around the glass)

Now I have a shower curtain and a liner.. I remove the liner once a week and wash it.. replace it with a new one once a month.

I have a set of shower doors in my garage if anyone is interested. :)

had shower doors before... and FG is right... they are a bitch to keep looking good... i do the same thing too... wash the shower liner often and replace every few weeks...

i like the chrome... but i try and limit it, since i take really hot showers... the steam sticks on them and i find myself windexing all of my accessories daily. not my idea of a fun bathroom activity.

now the candlelit bath idea, jmj...that has merit...
