No it's true to the best of my knowledge.

It had only been there for a couple of hours. It got lost in folds of fat. And she was 5 or 600 lbs or something. Her bf obviously had a fetish, but he freaked out so bad that he won't be going near her again until she loses 100 lbs or so.
